Some bad moments

Just Im mad using this Application. When I ask or search for my own profile, Sync.Me tells gives me someone else.
It wont verify the phone number in my profile, so I have a notification to create a profile that wont go away because it wont save a phone number thats not verified.
Ive been using this app for years now. It seems like every other update breaks the app and then they quickly release a fix that fixes that update. Its insane! It feels like it happens consistently. Now this is the big one for me. I HAVE A LIFETIME PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION! I still do not have access to all the features that Im supposed to! I still see premium advertisements. Please honor my subscription, give me access to the features, and stop advertising premium to people who have it.
DO NOT BUY THIS APPROACH OR ANY SUBSCRIPTION! FRAUDULENT. I purchased the Premium Pack lifetime subscription in the past. This shows in the app. I restored the past purchase. I just pressed on reveal name, and it automatically charged me. What a ripoff for an app. They should be barred from the App Store unless they fix this.
Wont let me sync my contacts!!!! I love this app and need it to work!!! Fix this please!
Wont sync over wifi or cellular connection. Keep getting the same error 103 everybody else does.
